We collect several types of information from and about users of our platform, including:

• Personal Information: Such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and billing information when you register for an account or contact us.
• Project Data: Information relating to your construction projects, bids, estimates, and operations. As per our "Air Gap" data policy, this information is strictly isolated.
• Usage Data: Information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our platform, and usage details collected through cookies and tracking technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:

• To present our platform and its contents to you.
• To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.
• To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
• To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
• To notify you about changes to our platform or any products or services we offer or provide though it.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or project data with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy:

• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential.
• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
• With your consent.
• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process.

5. Third-Party Sub-Processors

We use trusted third-party services to provide core functionality for the Blueprint platform. These sub-processors are bound by strict data processing agreements:

• Authentication & Identity: We use authentication providers (including Clerk or custom bcrypt/jose solutions) to manage secure user logins.
• Payment Processing: We use Stripe to securely process all payments and subscription billing. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
• Database Hosting: We use Turso and LibSQL for secure, edge-hosted data storage. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

6. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Our "Air Gap" architecture guarantees logical separation of tenant data, ensuring your project details remain confidential.

8. Data Roles and User Rights

For the purposes of data protection laws (including the GDPR and CCPA), Verdic Systems acts as a Data Processor on behalf of our enterprise customers (the Data Controllers).

• Organization Owners: The organization owner is the Data Controller and is responsible for managing the data and accounts of their employees and subcontractors on the platform.
• End Users: If you are an employee or invited user and wish to exercise your rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, you must submit your request directly to your Organization Owner. We will assist the Organization Owner in fulfilling these requests.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your project data and personal information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you the services. Upon cancellation of your subscription or a formal deletion request from the Organization Owner, we will securely delete or anonymize your tenant database (including all user data) within 30 days, except where retention is strictly required by law (such as for financial and billing records).

10. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account.
